« Easy check in. The front desk was helpful with a late evening arrival.Breakfast was served hot and with nice options. Location to the winery and spa was perfect. The only disheartening experience was room service never came during our stay. When asked for more towels and trash removal we were told we would have to take care of that ourselves. We found housekeeping and traded out towels, tissues and trash. »

« Received an email 3 days before arrival that the property was being renovated and the pool was not available, nor the standard breakfast. Would have looked for another place, except cancellation policy was a refund only if cancelled 5 days before arrival. I mentioned that at check-in, and was told that since I booked through a third party, they were responsible for notifying us. But the email came from reservations at the Hampton. »
