"The Turkish gentleman at the front desk, I forgot to ask his name, very professional, very courteous, very helpful when we had requests. The cleanliness of the room on the fourth flour and last but not least..................the inside pool, we haven't had the chance to swim in the outside pool because it closed at 7 pm, and we came back from the convention at York University, Glendon campus at 7, We also haven't had the chance to go to the Saturday brunch because we stayed only three days and we checked out on Friday morning."
