Check in seemed to go fine. I seemed to interrupt the employee when I came in but it concluded well. I like the room location and the view actually was over the parking lot where my car was parked so it was nice to be able to check on that. The desk clerk seemed confused about my room service questions and neglected to explain that there was a small piece of paper with my room key that had a QR code with a menu for room service as well as the internet password. I had to call down for both. It would have been nice to have that pointed out as I had not stayed at this hotel before. I would also say the tv was quite challenging and I ended up just using my iPad because the tv volume was so loud and I could not lower and the channels and remote were just too much of a hassle to figure out. Overall, I would probably stay here again but be aware of these couple things to make your stay a little easier.
