it is quiet and accessible to shopping center and restaurant, friendly staff, but there is no housekeeping daily, you have to request it.

Front desk staff Venessa was awesome! Property is very nice - didn’t realize it was so big. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Pools and hot tubs were in good condition. The only negative I have is that the bathroom wasn’t as clean as it could have been.

We stayed a week here and it was a wonderful experience! Great room with comfy bed and all the kitchen suite necessities (coffee machine, oven, microwave, full size fridge, dishwasher, utensils, dish wear etc). The property was also wonderful with 4 great pools, 6 hot tubs, clean washrooms and bbq areas. Nice hammock area to relax in as well. Easy parking and check in. Overall a great experience! Highly recommend!

The putting green was not maintained and given that was the only amenity other than the pools and hot tubs, it was disappointing. Other than that, the property was excellent.

Stayed for 2 nights and was extremely happy with the resort.. Every staff member was so friendly and the property is very clean with plenty of parking. The units have everything you need, pools and jacuzzi's all over the resort, and the room was large and beds were comfortable. The only thing I would say is the bathroom shower could use update, but it was a very large bathroom so easy to move around with two people if needed. I would definitely recommend this resort for anyone looking for a nice, quiet, clean resort located in a great spot on the West Side of Sedona.

The location is great however the resort is dated and needs a refresh. The Sunset pool was nice however the hot tub jets are broken and need to be replaced. Overall a good location but definitely needs a major overhaul.
