It is very well located-about a 15 minute downhill walk into town (and a 5 Euro taxi ride back from town if you don't want to walk back). « Wir hatten die wohnung für 4 Personen gemietet, da meine Eltern (83 und 90 Jahre alt) in getennten Zimmern schlafen müssen. Ein Schlafzimmer ( und ein kleines Einzelzimmer)ist in der Hauptetage, das war super da mein Vater schlecht Treppen steigen kann. Von der Tiefgarage geht ein Aufzug direkt in die Wohnetage. « We had a good stay in Estepona, the apartment was small but nice. Unfortunately there were some technical problems: • The air condition in the master bedroom makes a huge noise. • It takes a long time to get warm water everywhere. • The shower in the two bed room was not working, no warm water and stop and go. • To be able to enter and to come of that shower, you need to be an acrobat! • The water everywhere, also in the kitchen came irregular and stopped suddenly. • Depending on the wind there...

« Bel appartement remis à neuf et bien équipé. Bonne situation dans Ronda. Petit bémol, l'appartement est en étage (2ème) sans ascenseur. Le parking en sous-sol est bien pratique mais vous aurez des difficultés à vous garer si vous avez un gros véhicule compte tenu du nombre de piliers qui oblige à effectuer des manœuvres avec beaucoup de précautions. Néanmoins à recommander ++ »

« Maison bien située près de restaurants et marché d’alimentation . La maison est confortable et bien insonorisée. Le proprio n’a pu nous accueillir à cause de son travail mais une bouteille de vin nous attendait. »

It was scruffy, tired, dirty, under equipped(no glasses, plates,)every drawer had a jumble of old bits and pieces, toys and bicycle on terrace with peeling walls and broken chair. Dreadful old towels. No mirror over dressing table plus huge dining table and chairs in bedroom. No instructions for air con, tv, rubbish etc. Overall not at all as photographed or described.
