« The staff was excellent. They were there to meet us very late in the evening when we checked in. Wish it wasn’t quite so isolated from neighbouring towns and hiking trails, but it made for a quiet and peaceful stay. Safari dome was clean and well-kept. Lovely time! »

« Could have been a bit cleaner. There was some hair on the bed linens. We used our sleeping bags so it was okay. Was chilly at night as we could not get the stove to work for us (that was us not knowing how to use and getting back late to get help). The hosts were accommodating with requests. Bathrooms could be cleaner as well. Didn't seem to be able to get got water to wash our hands with, did not try showers. « We were recommended this place by a local relative as we were attending a funeral at the hall just 5 minutes away down the road. Turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Only knock is that breakfast wasn’t available in the restaurant as it opens at 11 AM. There was also an issue with Expedia and the motel management regarding double bookings as some of our relatives thought they had reservations only to find out they didn’t and had to make last minute alternate arrangements. »

« Wonderful location! Wouldve been nice to know there wasnt any elecriticy before I arrived or i wouldve brought a generator. But other then that, LOVED this place, quiet, calm, right by the river! Will be back next year but want to book the A-frame cabin instead, just to have that extra privacy, shade and most importantly being that much closer to the river/creek for my pretty girl Poppy, who just loves to swim! She even made a friend in Viks dog Molly while we were there! They went swimming...
