The home is clean and in a nice neighbour close to everything in south Calgary, with parking for 1 vehicle in the garage and 2 in driveway. Street parking is easy to find too. « We had a wonderful stay in this home. We had 2 families of 4 for the weekend and room to spare! The location is perfection, the home owners are very communicative and quick to respond, and the home has so much space, including very comfy beds and linens. I will say that it is evident the house has been loved a bit too hard by renters. There is obvious wear and tear throughout the home and finishings. However it was clean and had everything you could need! We’d recommend and stay again! »

« The property was clean, it was open so it was very inviting. The area was a decent neighborhood. So it was quiet. The host was very good with communicating with me and answered all my questions right away. She was very accommodating when i asked for an extra stay. She also left some coloring books and crayons for my daughters, which they loved. Over all i would recommend staying and booking with her if you are stopping in calgary. Everything you need is just a short 5 to 8 minute drive away....

We choose this place mainly for the location, it was close to the hospital where I was having a hip replacement done, and that it had a main floor bedroom. « The house was beautiful and the swim spa (pool/hot tub combo) was so much fun for the kids! They had a lot of kitchen appliances so it made it easy to cook from home and not have to go out to eat all the time! The rooms were really great sizes and everything was very clean and organized. « This property was great. Lots of bedrooms spread out over 3 floors so little ones could nap or go to bed and the rest of us could gather without disturbing them. Kitchen was well outfitted with everything we needed to cook and house was clean. We were all able to eat together at the dining table: lots of chairs. Even though there was snow we enjoyed sitting on the deck in the sunshine in the afternoon. Would be a very fun place to stay in warmer weather. We had a wonderful relaxing time here. »

No check in or check out guidelines or house rules or property info. Conflict with residence upstairs around parking which is listed as an amenity for the property. Under stocked with basic amenities. Most furniture was broken or dirty. Would look for a different place when I am back in the area. »

« Je demande remboursement de la totalité $349.74 lorsque nous sommes arrivés très tard patte du divan cassé, très sale dans l’appartement, pas de clé pour ascenseur pas de clé porte principale de l’immeuble. L’agent de sécurité est voulait pas nous faire entré. Nous avions réservation pour deux nuits et avons quitté après première nuit. Difficile de rejoindre l’administration. »

« The bunk beds are for toddler sized/small children, not acceptable for anyone over the age of 6. The info/instruction sheet sent out wasn’t reader friendly and was missing info about the garbage room code. »
