Balcony is great for bird watching, enjoying the view. QUIET, unless there might be some nose due to neighboring ranch activity during the day. Unfortunately the second bedroom is only accessible from outside. Quite a long staircase. »

« I’m not sure why Fess Parker Wine Inn uses Expedia but I booked a room at Fess Parker Wine Inn through Expedia, I got a confirmation through Expedia and I called Fess Parker Wine Inn to confirm my reservation and they did not honor it. This reservation was for this Memorial weekend so I was in a panic and had to call other hotels to book a room. This experience was horrible. »
