« My wife and I booked 5 nights and all I can say is wow! Right from the start, great communication and super responsive. The place is in a quiet neighborhood, close to everything you could want. The house is very well set up and spacious with a very well equipped kitchen. Great TV set up and the bathroom off the master is fantastic. If you want a private back yard pool, can’t beat this! Lots of floaties, BBQ and chairs. I can’t rate this high enough, we loved it and hope to return! »

Hélas, le service est très décevant et n'est absolument pas au niveau de ce que l'on peut attendre d'un Ritz-Carlton, (Celui de Hong Kong par exemple). Il aura fallu sans cesse réitérer ses demandes, jusqu'à parfois abandonner lorsque le personnel était vraiment peu coopératif. (Impossible d'avoir une heure d'extension pour libérer la chambre le jour du départ, ou s'entendre dire que l'on est exigeant lorsque l'on explique que...
