« This was a marvelous villa and the beach was a private gem amongst the resorts. The house was perfect for 2 families with elementary school aged children. The pool area is lovely, perfectly maintained and the beach is wonderful. The surf is so fun - big enough to bofy surf but shallow enough to be safe for the littles. « Casa Del Mar Bonito is just beautiful in many many ways. « Kevin was a responsive host and helped us with the booking of a good catamaran tour. We liked the location of the property as it was close to areas with restaurants and beach clubs. We felt safe in the neighborhood. The downside of the location is the noise. The property is next to a bus station whose PA system can be heard inside the apartment. « This place was a tropical paradise within a short walking distance to the beach and lively 5th Avenue. There are nightclubs very close by but we felt very safe. There are two locked gates to get through and one is a private gate for this villa alone. The noise was not bad at all mon-thurs night but did increase a bit on the weekend.
