DO NOT BOOK HERE !! There isn’t enough room allowed for me to write a detailed review so it will be point form. The hotel can email me directly for clarification if needed. We already complained to mangers though and they did nothing but ignore us. Zero beach left since storm, unusable and hotel did nothing to warn us before booking. Hotel has done nothing to clean the beach while other resorts near by are fine. Not adults only, even in our “private “ section. Loud crying Kids at every aspect of our trip. Food was awful even at high end dining, lived off the bread. Wasn’t aware could only book 1 high end dining experience per 7 days. This felt like a ripoff and not all inclusive. Room was dirty, walls, mirrors,windows not cleaned, a lot of hair left in washrooms. Sexist and discriminatory towards us. When reported, they didn’t care about our experience. We’ve been to a few resorts in the area and this one is far below the rest. Please don’t book here and save your money / time. I would never recommend this place or return and feel like we should be refunded a portion of our trip

Amazing experience staying at this resort. Staff was incredibly Friendly. Got a free upgrade because we were celebrating a bachelorette. Only criticism I have is that the beach was closed due to its conditions. As much as this is out of everyone’s control, it would’ve been nice to be advised before hand.

We loved the property but there is no beach! I know that Mother Nature can’t be controlled but I visit these resorts especially for beach time, maybe it should state that in the hotel details.

Facilities were great, rooms were nice and clean, food was always good. The only downside is that the beach at the resort is very rocky and unusable in my opinion. I would stay here again though. I had so much fun at the pool and going into the city.
