Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The property is Very old and outdated . Mattress are terrible with holes in them from sleeping . The staff is the only thing that was very good .

Pool was closed for our visit. Bed was comfortable, breakfast buffet was passable at best. Hotel room was in dire need of a remodel it smelled like an old hotel room and the carpet was frayed. Same applies to the bathroom. Old and kind of smelly. Lobby areas are very outdated.

needs updated … went to eat breakfast and coffee,eggs,sausage,and waffle were all empty.. front desk called our room at 1am asking us to stop trying to go in adjoining room..I said we weren’t and called back 20 minutes later with an attitude saying we better stop trying to get in adjoining room…It was crazy! He was excusing us of doing that .. I’m 56 and my husband is 52 … we realized the next day that when u open and shut the door to room it makes the door that adjoined the rooms shake

I called 10 days before our stay and asked about pool operation. I was assured that even though it was closed, it would take only 2 more days to get it ready. I booked but even 10 days it was not fixed. The management did not sound apologetic at all but was hostile and abrupt. The whole place saw better days for sure, shabby and not too clean, except for the breakfast area. The lady was nice, offered coffee even at the very end of the breakfast window, but the leftovers in the thermos were Luke warm temperature. Room was not vacuumed properly, stains on the carpet, no complains about the bathroom. Night shift was welcoming. 3 stars because of the pool situation, management attitude and condition of the place

Everything was great, my flight was cancelled and I had to check in again, the next day my flight was at midnight and I was allowed to hang around for a while, so I didn't have to be at the airport doing nothing.

The pool and hot tub were closed during our stay. I think it is incumbent on Wyndham Plattsburgh to inform guests if amenities are not available prior to arrival so they can make an informed decision. Our intention was to use the pool and hot tub.

We chose this hotel because it advertised a pool, jacuzzi, and on site restaurant. When we checked in we were told pool and jacuzzi were closed for painting and the resto had been closed since COVID. Not only should they have informed us when we booked but they should get the website updated. We were not offered compensation in any way. To add to that breakfast was only available from 6-9am we got there by 8:25 and the hot food was pretty empty and cold it did not get refilled. So all in all a very disappointing experience

First time staying here, and would stay again. Had a couple issues; hair dryer didn't work but got a new one delivered to our room after two calls to the front desk. Conditioner bottle was empty in shower. All in all nice stay.

This hotel is infested with mold. I had trouble breathing in my room. There was mold stains on the wallpaper, which was peeling off. The whole place seems neglected and run down. Do not stay here.

Property is a bit outdated, and needs a revamp. Once thats done it can compete with the rest if the hotel. Also if you need extra soap or towels or missing anything you newd to get it yourself and there is no room service.(not a big deal eoth important to mention

Fast, competent and friendly staff. Check in was quick. Well trained staff on guest privacy (I.e. not stating guest room number out loud). Lots of activity around the hotel but hallways near room was quiet. Hotel shows its age however it is evident that the housekeeping team does a great job keeping it clean and tidy. Great destination or stepping stone on your travels.

The lady at the front desk deserves to be commended. She went out of her way to search for & find my granddaughter's swimming goggles. The floor of the pool area could use a refurbishing. The paint is worn down & therefore looks dated.
