I called 10 days before our stay and asked about pool operation. I was assured that even though it was closed, it would take only 2 more days to get it ready. I booked but even 10 days it was not fixed. The management did not sound apologetic at all but was hostile and abrupt. The whole place saw better days for sure, shabby and not too clean, except for the breakfast area. The lady was nice, offered coffee even at the very end of the breakfast window, but the leftovers in the thermos were Luke warm temperature. Room was not vacuumed properly, stains on the carpet, no complains about the bathroom. Night shift was welcoming. 3 stars because of the pool situation, management attitude and condition of the place
