The location of this villa is great! Close to beach and amazing restaurants! Loved spending time in the pool! Bedrooms/bathrooms were great for 2 couples and 2 singles. A great vacay!

Best Caribbean vacation ever
We go to different islands every spring break and host our children and 3 baby grandchildren. They have all been fun but this is the first one in which we intend to return. House is beautiful and well planned with the 4 master bedroom suites. Location is really great with Orient Beach just down the street. There are lots of amazing restaurants for such a small village. Our housekeeper Luvie was a real prize, taking great care of us and the home. We'll miss her!

Beautiful house, perfect location
We really enjoyed our week at Villa Belle Mer. The house is beautiful and very clean. The outside lounging and dining areas were a big plus. The location could not be better- an easy flat walk to the shops and beach clubs in Orient Bay. We hope to come back next year!

Perfect!
We had a party of 8, 2 young children and 6 adults. The house layout was perfect with all 4 bedrooms downstairs and an extra space upstairs that the children mostly used to play. The pool was big enough for all to hang out and the deck was awesome and spacious. Location for us was the key. It’s walking distance down to restaurants, shops and beach but we chose to drive ( hot walk for kids!). No trouble parking. Luvie was great and provided anything extra we needed. We have stayed in many properties on the island and this was one of the favorites!

St Martin Perfection
We stayed at this property in February 2023 with 8 total adults. The home was very clean and exactly as described. We had plenty of room for all 4 adult couples to relax by the pool, eat together at the outdoor dining table and all bedrooms and bathrooms were wonderful. Luvie was just a gem! She arrived each day (except her day off on Sunday) to make beds and provide cleaning services. We so enjoyed talking with her and hearing more about the island and area. Any questions I had in advance were answered immediately and never had to wait on any information. Fabulous host, terrific in-house assistance, very safe and enjoyable location. I would 100% recommend staying here!

Excellent location
Our family of four stayed here and had a very good experience. The location is excellent, you can easily walk to the beach and many nice restaurants with very good food. The house pool is highlight of the property- water temperature was excellent and atmosphere excellent.

Getaway with friends
We just spent a great week in St Martin. The house was everything we expected. Close to the beach and lots of restaurants within walking distance. Louvie was great and was accommodating when we didn’t need her to come on a daily basis. Dany was awesome in answering quickly when we had questions. There was lots of space for the 5 of us (including 2 couples). We rented a vehicle and enjoyed exploring. Using waze is the way to go. Google doesn’t work that well down there. Our favourite beaches to visit was definitely Captain French’s and Mullet Bay beach. Orient Beach has suffered a lot since the hurricane. Lots of rocky areas in the water but people are working hard to get it up and running again. We had a great lunch at Le String Beach on Orient Beach. A must if you’re in the area. Restaurants to visit that are worthy include Sao Asian Factory, Le p’tit bistro, Captain Frenchy’s and our favourite, Bamboo House.

Amazing property
Home was as described and MORE! Beautiful property. Very short walk to beach and excellent dining choices. Everything you need if you desire to cook at home. Well stocked with all essentials and Luvi/housekeeper was unobtrusive but took care of daily needs. Pool was beautiful. Dany/property manager was quick with response time and provided all information clearly. Will definitely return for another visit.

Lovely home for a stress free vacation
The house was lovely. We were able to get to the beach where my teens enjoyed parasailing! We enjoyed being able to walk to dinner many nights and our ability ti get delicious French pastry nearby! Getting to grand case and Marigot was a breeze. The housekeeper was helpful with scheduling Covid testing and kept the house neat. When we had a minor problem with the shower henri came promptly and helped us out. It was a lovely stay!

Exceeded Expectations
Before we went, we had some reservations about having a housekeeper, since we assumed it would be having a stranger among us. However, it was quite the opposite. She was very friendly, helpful, and responsive, and we looked forward to her daily visits and exchanged hugs when we left. The property was elevated over nearby houses which provided great privacy and view of the ocean in the distance. We looked forward every afternoon to returning from the beach to enjoying a relaxing evening back at the house. There was plenty of space for the 8 of us to hang out together outside, and there was also plenty of other common area, including a beautiful loft with an ocean view, for anyone who wanted some quiet reading space. We plan to return next year.

2nd Time
This was our second time staying at the Villa. We brought our adult children and have a great stay. Our housekeeper Luvie is fantastic & very helpful as well. So many great restaurants close to the Villa and of course the beach is a nine only a 9 minute walk.

Holiday Stay
Great house in a great location. Easy to walk to the beach and restaurants. Lots of space, great pool and everything you need to cook if you choose to do that. Bedrooms were nice and cold with the AC. Housekeeper kept everything clean on a daily basis and it was nice to have the beds and dishes done. Orient Bay village is great and seems fully recovered from the hurricanes of several years ago. Lots of great restaurants in orient bay and grand case.

Awesome Villa
We had a wonderful Thanksgiving in St. Martin. The villa was beautiful, clean and spacious. The location was perfect, a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The owner, Dany, could not have been more accommodating. Louvie was there to answer questions and assist with many other things. She is a super person! I would definitely recommend staying here, and I hope I have the opportunity to go back.

Villa Belle Mer is a most amazing villa in Orient Village. So we'll equipped and perfect for my travel group. Prior to the trip, our host Dany was in contact with all the information needed. Our housekeeper, Lucie, is such a sweetheart. She was very helpful with any information we were looking for. We had an exceptional time during our stay on the island and at the Villa. The villa is in close proximity of all kinds shops and restaurants and mere minutes from Orient Bay. Luvie could not have been more welcoming with her smile and attentive to our needs. Dany was very helpful answering our many questions leading up to (and during) our stay. When covid hit in early 2020, Dany graciously worked with us to reschedule our stay for 2021. A++++

A wonderful villa with plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The location is great - 2-5 min walk to beach and restaurants. The patio is gorgeous and invites a social atmosphere. My family of 7. One grandparent, kids 19,17,15,and 11, throughly enjoyed our stay. The home was spacious and allowed everyone space and privacy. We loved the quick , 5 min , walk to the beach and activities. The house was clean and well stocked with anything you need including hair dryers and some US outlets. While Orient bay is in the process of rebuilding, there are plenty of places to eat amazing food. We enjoyed to quiet family atmosphere of OB and would definitely travel back.

Fantastic Home / Great Location
Very lovely home with fantastic amenities and wonderful views. We are a family of 5 (3 college age kids) and the house provides great set up for a group of this size or even larger. The patio and pool made a great spot to relax when not at the beach. We will certainly return.

Ville Belle Mar Experience

We have stayed at this property a total of four times. We have loved every visit, and enjoyed the cleanliness and comfort of the home. Within a 5 minute walk to Orient Beach and 10 minute walk to the village with wonderful restaurants and grocery. Overall this is a 5 star property. You can’t go wrong choosing this property.

Simply BEAUTIFUL, with just the right combination of Elegance and simplicity!
The villa was everything we were looking for, very secure and a lot of privacy. The remote gate was a big plus! The interior is really decorated very nicely with every room with it's own character,LOVE the master suit . However we spent most of our time at the out door living area and the pool, which was so relaxing with the trades winds blowing at all times! We also enjoyed the conveniences in the village in Orient Bay, if we did not want to leave,there are several nice restaurants and stores there. The one thing that brought us to Orient Bay is their beach, heard it is one of the most desired beaches to visit and enjoy on Saint Martins, They are right , totally awesome, we were there every day ! Have to say , one of the best vacations we ever had, and a big thank you to the owners of the villa for creating such a warm and inviting home to come to. We are coming back to your villa we love it ! J&C

Villa Belle Mer is our home away from home. Beautiful inside and out. Hope to return soon!
The villa is absolutely gorgeous with lovely furnishings and lush tropical surroundings. Spacious and clean. The owner is very accommodating, and the housekeeper extremely friendly. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to enjoy the occasional meal at home. Big grill at our disposal. We could dine inside or out. Lots of games available for our family to enjoy. Simply the best location on the island. Loved it!

Comfortable and convenient
Spent 10 days @ Villa Belle Mer with friends. House accommodated 4 couples easily and was very comfortable. Louvie was amazing - very helpful and sweet. Outside area was great for lounging, eating and enjoying beverages. Location is within walking distance to beach (5-10 mins), restaurants (10-15 mins), markets (10 - 15 mins). Recommend car as area is hilly and without formal sidewalks in most areas. Beaches are beautiful with lots of options for eating and drinking.

Perfect Home in Orient Bay
This is the second year we've stayed here for multiple weeks both times with friends. The house is spacious and well furnished. We spend much of the time on the veranda for dining and gathering with housemates for socializing and relaxing, A short walk to the beach, and close to many wonderful restaurants in Grand Case, the location in a gated community is perfect. Great for a family or a group of friends.
