This was a locally owned motel that has been very nicely updated. It was comfortable, quiet & clean. My husband said it was the best bed he had ever slept on! The room wa a nice size. The toilet was a standard height not one made for a child!

Pretty much what I expected based on other reviews. The manager will do whatever he can to accomodate you.I would recommend staying in one of the second floor rooms, we could clearly hear the people above us walking around.

Hosts and staff were very welcoming and nice. The motel is simple but comfortable. Within 10 minute walk to Ogunquit main commercial area, 15 to beach. I stayed for 4 nights and would stay again.

No service, one man operation, no room service or cleaning, if you wanted clean towels you had to go get them, no clean sheets, carpet filthy,

We are sorry you were not satisfied with your stay - Although we do not offer room cleaning during guests stays - Towels and sheets are always available for any guest during their stay, guests need only speak to or call staff and staff is more than willing to freshen any room if guest request. Some of our carpets maybe old but all are clean - and cleaned after every guest check out. Again sorry for your unsatisfaction.

Good stay, location is great and walking distance to the beach and good restaurants. The bed, pillows were confortable. The air conditioner fan was noisy, it couldn’t be automatic when needed. The coffee machine had to be replaced as it didn’t work and the replacement one was leaking, the coffee was terrible. The bathroom would need freshening up, a little outdated. Overall it was good but nothing fancy. If you are on a budget, this place is for you.

Was a average motel, 2 floors with a pool in the middle of all the rooms. Price was better then most so I shouldn't complain. Was next door to the lobster pound restaurant.

Manager very attentive..place not as "fancy" as nearby by options, but attractive, much better price, very clean, convenient, on main road but little away from hub-bub of downtown Ogunquit. Well worth it.

The motel was close to town and could be considered walkable. There was easy parking right out front. The TV didn't offer many watchable channels if you didn't have your passwords or streaming devices. The carpet didn't seem very clean. The bathtub floor had a covering over it and felt like it could give way.

This hotel was a great option for staying in Ogunquit. The room smelled a little because it was pet friendly, but I have no complaints otherwise. The price was good, much cheaper than everything else. The pool was nice, staff was great! Ice cream directly next door, and walking distance to downtown.

The best feature of this hotel is the outdoor pool. It is clean and well maintained. The customer service is also good. We had a few small problems that were taken care of right away. The rooms are average. The carpeting could use a cleaning and our room smelled moldy when we first got there. Once we opened the windows, it wasn't bad. This hotel is close to most things. There is a great ice cream place next door

Staff was very friendly! Very neat property set just a block or so from the beach. Motel offered to let us leave our vehicle parked there while we walked around the town. Inside the room is a little dated. Ice maker didn't work and the shower curtain had mold.

COULD BE A DECENT HOTEL BUT….
The gentleman who checked us in, Andy? Was super nice and friendly. It seems like he does everything there from check in and out to getting things you need to cleaning the pool etc so I can’t fault him for much bc he did his best. However, the room was NOT cleaned properly. Hair and crumbs in the bed that were found as soon as the covers were pulled down. Black hair in the shower drain which neither of us have. A ring of dirt around the shower mat that was also tinted brown in color. There was black stuff probably mold on the shower liner and hair all over the walls. There was no cable TV just a TV that was equipped with some apps to watch a movie IF you had an account. If there was cable we were not told how to use it and there was so instructions on that or Wi-Fi. Had to go back to office to ask about Wi-Fi. Not a huge deal just would have been nice to know. However those are small concerns compared to the hair and dirt in the room. The towels were all falling apart as well and they also had hair stuck to them. The biggest concern I have is the black mold on shower and the sheets not being changed as they were even wrinkly from being laid on as soon as you pull down the covers.

We want to provide all our guest with clean rooms and linens and a great enviroment to enjoy there stay. All rooms are furnished with information on our wifi - sorry that yours was missing or you didn't see it. Our TV's our smart tv's with many streaming options, including free channels and live national and local news, our staff will gladly assist anyone in navigated the tv's so they can use them with ease. Again we apologize for how you found your room, and have made great strides since in improving that area.

We apologize that our ice machine was not working for your stay here. Staff is willing to get ice for guests from an office refrigerator. We do not offer full service housekeeping, but always are available to replenish towels for you and take any ones you have used from your room. Thank you for staying with us!

Very clean and pleasant
We booked a last minute overnight stay , was very clean comfortable . Front desk was very helpful and pleasant. We didn’t use the pool but it look very clean . We would stay here again . Location was great .
