« I don’t want to give it a good review because I don’t want people to know about it, but it was just amazing. Great location (walking distance from downtown Portsmouth) in a historic district. Only drawback was that it was a little too warm at night (80 degree day in May) and the thermostat couldn’t go below 67. The room was divided into two separate areas and the cool couldn’t really make it to the bedroom portion. Nevertheless, amazing place and were definitely coming back. »

Le décor est désuet mais l'appartement est grand et lumineux. Salle de bain désuète, petite, sans confort et minimalement équipé. Cuisine bien équipé mais sans bouilloire. Lit king confortable. Pas bien isolé si voisin bruyant. A distance de marche de la plus petite plage de sable mais très loin de la grande si...

« Loved the well appointed space. Had a desk chair and folding table in the closet that we used as a desk. The variety of outdoor spaces is fantastic and are appropriate for a variety of weather. Nice grill as well. Shower is a little small but otherwise fine. Has Starlink Internet which is huge for speed and streaming. Had some issues with voice dropping on MS Teams but the cell coverage in the area (Verizon) is good enough to get a stable voice connection. »

« We had a wonderful visit. The cottage is attached to the main house but has a very private feel. The owners set up the cottage with attention to every detail and were prompt to reply to any questions. Outdoor space is lovely and provides extra living space. Cottage is very clean. We enjoyed being in a natural setting away from the busyness of the beach area but within 10-15 minutes of the beach. »

« This was our fourth year renting this property for our annual "girls weekend". We are a group of five, four of which are now retired. We look forward to this weekend all year and this year was no different. Even though the weather did not cooperate, we still had the best time walking on the beach, playing board games, and catching up. Olivia is the sweetest, most responsive and accommodating host anyone could ask for. I just adore her. The house is exactly as described and Olivia responds...
