« The house was great! Very clean and perfect for our girls’ overnight »

« All was good. The comunication with Jake was fine. The Location little bit outside, so you need a car for discover the dunes. Actually quiet area, only one time in the morning, if the man with the mowing machine comes at 7:00 in the morning :-) You hear the train with the loud horn, but us doesn't matter. In any case we will be back, if we visit the region again. »

« Very nice house. We had a fun family get-together. Plenty of space for cousins to play. Enjoyed walking to the beach, even though it was bit cold in November. »

« Super location, super clean, super cute! We enjoyed sitting on the porch talking for hours, the kitchen was well equipped, the beds were all comfortable, plenty of towels in bathrooms, and beach chairs available to use. We also took the bikes on a trail ride! Hosts were wonderful, we plan to come back in the near future 😊 »

« Just right for my two teens and dog and me. Beds were comfy. It had enough kitchenware to cook and serve a couple meals. Neighborhood was cute and quiet. And the beach! The best. Short three block walk to an accessible beach access path. »

« We spent a wonderful long weekend in this charming cottage, had perfect weather for our multiple outings to the beach, which is steps away as advertised! The cottage was very well equipped with everything we needed, and the neighborhood is outstanding! We will definitely be back! »

« The house and backyard was a lovely little getaway from the city and very close to the Indiana Dunes National/State Park. Spent a lot of time on the back deck enjoying the backyard, bird feeders, and listening to the owls beyond the train tracks. The firepit and gazebo made it enjoyable, even as it rained. The house itself was clean and has everything you needed. Highly recommend. »

« We enjoyed this house, it was welcoming and bright, all the utensils/plates/cookware we needed and organized nicely. Kids loved the hot tub and owner was incredibly responsive when we reached out about a fix that was needed mid stay. Location in Beachwalk is perfect - close to playground, boats, community pool, green. Liked all the Beachwalk amenities including yoga, paddle board, kayaks, Saturday music series. Thank you! »

« Communication was great. Yard should have been mowed or at least kept up. Plus garbage was overflowing from previous renter. It worked well for our weekend at ND. My biggest issue was that the one bath was very small, especially with the options to have a number of people stay. We had 4 adults and it worked but not ideal situation. »

« Very nice location in Michigan City, IN, just a short boardwalk stroll to the Lake Michigan beach. We live in central Missouri and only had a 6-hr drive. Spent good portion of a day and did some hiking at Indiana Dunes National Park, which was less than 20 minutes away. Spent another day taking in the 44th Annual Popcorn Festival in Valparaiso IN, which was very enjoyable. Also went up the Michigan shoreline to New Buffalo, St Joseph and Benton Harbor to some nice beaches and restaurants. Very...

« House itself is very cool and stylish and comfortable in all areas. It’s early spring and the property yard and outdoor areas listed were not cleaned, wet and damaged or in unusable condition. Fortunately the windows clearly showed off the beautiful trees around the property from inside. Note the very large cleaning fee is not revealed on the listing. »
