We were recommended this hotel because family lived nearby. We booked through expedia. When we got there, we were put in a room with no windows by the service elevator. The shower had zero water pressure, and the maids woke us up at 7 am every day. When we asked if we could be moved to a room with a window, we were told that since we booked 'through a third party vendor' any change would be an additional $100/night. FYI, the next level up of room I could book on expedia wasn't even $100/night more, it was $37. But I don't think I would've gotten a room with a window even then.
Any time we asked for anything, they would say, 'oh, you're the third party vendor room' and then give us attitude. I've never had this experience booking through expedia. Hotels often upgrade our rooms i book on expedia. They claimed the hotel was full, but we had lots of family and friends there with no one staying next door.
The location is great. The a/c works but isn't great. And if you stay in the room with no windows, you really have no idea what time of day it is. Which can sometimes be good, but after a while, it makes you a bit crazy.
