Overall we love the Spa and often spend time there for anniversaries and short getaways. It has needed upgrading and renovations for awhile and still shows that need in the carpeting, paint and bathroom fixtures. The one thing that is most inconvenient is the lack of room service. New security changes that require keycards mean that Skip and other deliveries also are not able to deliver food to the room. It should go without saying that there are times during honeymoons and anniversaries where food delivery to the room would be deeply appreciated and when going to the Front desk to carry food to your room is less than convenient. This seems rather silly for a hotel and spa that hopes to compete on a national and international scale.
