« We booked this property for proximity to family in Calgary. The property was easy to come and go from and on a quiet square. Provisions for the property were sparse. No mugs, one dishwasher detergent puck, no face cloths, no broom or vacuum cleaner, no extra blankets, one stained tea towel, and limited chairs in living/dining area for 6 people the property can host. The walkway from the sidewalk to the stairs is loose and sunken at the entrance stair/porch. Cosmetically, the finishings are...

« We had a wonderful stay in this home. We had 2 families of 4 for the weekend and room to spare! The location is perfection, the home owners are very communicative and quick to respond, and the home has so much space, including very comfy beds and linens. I will say that it is evident the house has been loved a bit too hard by renters. There is obvious wear and tear throughout the home and finishings. However it was clean and had everything you could need! We’d recommend and stay again! »

When I contacted hotel.com for a refund, they redirected me to the property desk, which then sent me back to hotel.com. It was clear they didn't care about resolving my issue. On a positive note, the property itself was excellent, like a brand new house. »

« Je demande remboursement de la totalité $349.74 lorsque nous sommes arrivés très tard patte du divan cassé, très sale dans l’appartement, pas de clé pour ascenseur pas de clé porte principale de l’immeuble. L’agent de sécurité est voulait pas nous faire entré. Nous avions réservation pour deux nuits et avons quitté après première nuit. Difficile de rejoindre l’administration. »
