พนักงานให้บริการด้วยความกระตือรือร้น พร้อมช่วยเหลือ ดูแลตลอดเวลา สะดวกที่มีอ่างน้ำแร่ให้แช่ภายในห้องพัก แต่ไม่สะดวกตรงที่ไม่สามารถสระผมได้ ต้องไปที่ห้องอาบน้ำรวม อาหารอร่อย บรรยากาศรอบๆโรงแรมให้ความเป็นธรรมชาติ สดชื่น โดยรวมแล้วประทับใจมากค่ะ

The service was great, the staff was very helpful, the food was delicious! The area around the hotel is excellent and beautiful, I recommend it if you are looking for a relaxing and beautiful experience!

It was disappointing. The property was poorly maintained. Hakkei is the most dilapidated onsen ryokan I have ever visited in the last 10 years!

The food was fantastic. We stayed 2 nights and the second night we could request whatever food we wanted. Breakfast you could choose Japanese or western. Both were excellent. The views of the river with steam rising off it are truly mystical!

The hotel is located in front of the river which people do public outdoor onsen. The hotel is cosy and quiet. The dinner is basic vegetables meal and not like the one describe in the travel blogs or travel books. Other than that, it is very nice and the most touching part is the staff gave us 2 hot boiled eggs when we left the hotel. They are very delicious and was cooked under the right time.

Thank you for your views. In making our guest happy, little things we try to do for our guest. Dishes are made with 50 kinds of vegetables, with fish and meat.

Great food, excellent service. Most of the staff speaks English even though this resort has mostly Japanese guest. A very nice getaway for a true onsen experience and not as touristy compared to the others in Japan.

The best ryokan for the local 'sunayu'. Food good.
The best thing about Hakkei is the very energetic and kind proprietor. Along with location, good facilities and a lovely restaurant, she creates a very friendly and welcoming ambience that always makes it a memorable and relaxing time.

野菜そのものの良さをかなり活かした食事が、本当に良かった。 この食事を食べるためだけにもう一度行きたい。 部屋付きの露天風呂も良かった。 20歳台のころには、この感じにはなれなかったかな。

スタッフのみなさんが、とても親切で丁寧でした。 夕食は野菜がたくさん使われていて、優しい味で大変満足でした。 朝食は、卵かけご飯、芋がゆ、ご飯から選べて良かったです。

食事は野菜を主体としたものでしたが、どれも美味しく満足のいく料理でした。部屋からも温泉からも旭川の清流と有名な砂湯が見え、のんびりと気持ちのいい時間を過ごせました。

まず、予約した内容とホテルが把握していた内容が大きく異なり、約1.3万円の追加請求がありましたので、問題を調べてもらいました。hotels.comとの連絡ミスだったのかわかりませんが、大変不愉快な思いをしました。もちろん、予約内容を確認して、支払ってはおりません。 不可解だったのは、hotels.comから予約を入れたのに、Expediaからの予約になっていたこと、1〜3人？での予約になっていたなどと、理解不能な状況でした。 また、現地では、それについての詳しい説明もなく、知らんふり。大好きな旅館だっただけに残念でなりませんでした。 また、部屋も写真に掲載されていた部屋とは違い、少し残念にも思いました。提供する限り、出来るだけ部屋の作りは近いもの（写真）をお願いいたします。

員工服務態度一流，我們一家很享受這裡的溫泉，晚餐和早餐都很精緻和美味，酒店也另外提供了兒童餐給小朋友，雖然另收費但也是貼心的服務。房間設施有一些老舊但總體而言還是很舒適的。

저녁식사가 금액대비 너무 적게 나와서 식사에 대한 불만이 큽니다. 식사비용이 인당 8만원인데 비해 나오는 음식의 종류와 가짓수가 너무 적네요

The dinner is standard meal, you may order more as side dishes are also available. The cost of dinner meal is 8,000 per person.

Thank you Wai Sze san. We try to serve good and share the Hakkei`s hospitality. Many facilities for our guests with outdoor and indoor hot springs, also restaurant serves good food. Self-driving is easy to park, in a nutshell. Free parking. Make you feel at home!
