« This place is perfect - renovated, pristinely clean, comfortable, beautiful location. I recommend staying here to anyone. It is laid out nicely and worked well for us. Of course the reason to stay here is the beach, which is incredibly private and gorgeous. This location has a lot of deep beachfront, which properties further south of the pier on PCH do not have. I also love the location on Malibu Road for quiet and safety - again, it is not on PCH with cars zinging by. Highly recommend this...

« This condo is not in Topanga. The location is wrong. It's in central LA. As pointed out in other reviews, finding the unit was a bit challenging. The unit is spacious and you don't hear the city noises. Overall the unit was clean but you see visible stains around bathroom door handle. The couch could use a cleanup. We liked the location. There is no toaster, no water kettle or a coffee maker in this unit. »

« We had a great time. The condo is beautiful and the area is great. The only downfall was the pool is being renovated so we didn’get to enjoy it. Once it is done it will be a perfect spot for a vacation! We saw dolphins as we sat on the patio and loved listening to the waves at night! "Situation exceptionnelle, terrasse au dessus du Pacifique. Sauf que cette partie de terrasse est liée à l’appartement qui a vue sur mer. Pour les 2 autres appartements, il y a une terrasse partagée mais qui ne donne pas sur la mer directement et qui, en février, reçoit très peu de soleil. Par chance , le premier jour, on a pu profiter de la vue mer. Et la c’est incroyable ! L’appartement en lui même est très confortable et bien équipé. L’accès à la plage était très chaotique (rochers, bouts de bois). La communication a été facile, par e-mail. On se sent privilégié. Prenez l’appartement avec vue sur mer ! "
