Great location with best restaurants in town on the premises. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Shout out to Dorian and Daniel who glided through a perfect checkin!

Love this hotel! The staff was terrific! We ate at the Skyline Restaurant upstairs on the roof near the fire pit & it was great. My second stay in two months.

Fourth visit to The Virginian and the experience was what we expected. Rooftop restaurant was great. Valet service was excellent...details, like turning on the seat heat, etc.

Best hotel in downtown LYH
Boutique-like vibe, very clean room, with a comfortable bed. The rooms are quiet and are nicely appointed. The staff members are friendly and helpful. We’ve stayed in other area hotels, including other ones downtown. The Virginian remains our favorite.

This was one of if not the cleanest and most beautiful rooms I have ever stayed in. Downtown historic Lynchburg and The Virginian is amazingly beautiful! The staff consistently provides answers to all questions, the valet service was impeccable and every person we can into contact with was extreme kind and courteous!

Amazing staff, they went out of their way to be friendly and helpful…especially the valet service. Those guys were unbelievable! Gave lots of great suggestions about things to do. Room was stunning and very comfortable. The hotel is at the heart of downtown so everything is extremely walkable for sightseeing!
