Not a good check-in experience, not been offered my free drink as advertised in their offer, not been informed about check-out or breakfast times. Room smelled like cigarette smoke, requested a new one, reluctantly been offered another one. Breakfast good, that's a plus.

Ottimo, ma...
Hotel fuori mano, struttura nuova,pulitissima, personale gentile e colazione ottima.il parcheggio è gestito male, non c'è possibilità di avere un posto fisso per tutta la durata del soggiorno a meno di lasciare la macchina all'interno.Non si paga il posto auto ma un fee di uscita di sei euro (uscire e rientrare più volte al giorno comporta più pagamenti, e i posti temporanei sono solo due). La ricarica elettrica è gratuita solo per i possessori di Tesla.

Wird leider schlechter... Nimmer nicht mehr sauber...vorallem die Dusche Parken nur gegen Gebühr aber keinen parkplatz fix Frühstück kaum mehr warme speisen Teilweise kommen sie ksum bis sehr spät Im zimmer kein wasserkocher kein kaffee bzw tee mehr Obwohl Silber member kein gratis getränk mehr! Traurig

Could be good but let down by incompetence
The hotel staff are very slow at check in , restaurant service non existent had to get my own knives forks and drinks etc . Food good in the first night but atrocious on the second and did nt eat here again . Very disappointed

Decent small room with air con.
Small room with little desk space for travel things but the air con in room compensate for this. Location too out of place. Okay if you drive. Good for those who did self drive during summer holiday.

Nice Modern Hotel
New hotel, very clean and modern situated close to the motorway so ideal for those travelling between cities. Close to train station for links into the centre of Leipzig as well as being close to supermarkets and a couple of fast food options if arriving late.

Underwhelming
Although the price was great and the hotel first comes across as nice, the hotel itself yu can tell cuts corners. Hotels.com said they provide free water bottles in the room and after checking numerous times with the hotel they in fact do not. The room was quite small and the area in which it was situated was quite hectic to drive in but it was a great one night stop for a road trip - would not recommend for a lengthy stay.

Excellent staff and very helpful. The hotel is brand new and is closed to the Leipzig trade fair and train station.

Das Hotel bietet einen ausgezeichneten Service mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Die Sauberkeit und Ausstattung der Zimmer sind ebenfalls lobenswert. Trotz der Nähe zum Flughafen ist es überraschend ruhig. Die direkte Nähe zum Einkaufszentrum und zur Messe ist praktisch, ebenso wie die gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Das Frühstück war angemessen könnte jedoch etwas mehr Abwechslung insb. im Bereich des Aufschnitts vertragen. Insgesamt aber eine empfehlenswerte Wahl

Habe ein Doppelzimmer mit meinen zwei Kids gebucht. Wurden freudig überrascht dass schon Beistellbett im Zimmer war. Wurde auch nicht extra berechnet! Top!

Ich habe eine Nacht in dem Hotel verbracht. Der einzige negative Aspekt war, eine angefangene Wasserflasche auf dem Zimmer, die eigentlich für den neuen Gast sein sollte. Somit hatte ich erstmal kein Wasser. Was jetzt aber nicht dramatisch war. Das Hotel ist sehr modern und stylisch eingerichtet. War genau mein Geschmack! Zimmer war sauber, ruhig und ordentlich. Lob geht an das Personal an der Rezeption, welches sich sofort und überaus engagiert um mein Anliegen bezüglich Ruhestörung aus Nachbarzimmer Nachts gekümmert hat! Das erlebt man nicht oft. Kann dieses Hotel nur empfehlen!
