It was pretty quiet in the room compared its a busy road. It was just the work outside that made the hotel look unwelcome but was great when you got inside

Stopped on the 8th floor which involved 2 lifts and lots of walking and stairs, feels like it is a few building cobbled together.

Great. Staff, rooms need an upgrade although it was appropriate to the price I payed. I wouldn’t pay the peak rates for this hotel. Great location

The property is an ideal base for an overnight stay. Nearby parking but expensive. Shops, bars and pubs on the doorstep.

Very noisy, bed was so hard, made my back worse then it was when I got there. Bathroom very outdated, shower would flood if I was in longer then 2 minutes . Wasn’t happy at all

Hi, im very sorry your unhappy i cant seem to find a complaints log at the Reception. Our policy on noise is zero tolerance. We do have a renovation program in progress at the moment we just have an older building that takes time . We would have moved you if we had being aware of the issues faced

Due to the age of the building it’s not the best to navigate and could do with a spruce up, but that said it’s clean, the staff are friendly and location is excellent for the city centre. I’d stay here again

Lovely convenient and clean , within walking distance of the train station, shops bars ECT . Staff were very welcoming . Surprisingly quiet considering it's so close to the train station and night life.

Friendly, accommodating staff.
The member of staff that greeted us (I think his name was Lucas or like as we had the same name and he asked me about it) as really nice and allowed us to check in early. The room was clean and tidy. Unfortunately the curtains were not black out and there was street lights right outside the window. We were on the second floor and noise from outside was very loud. Around 2:30 am the guests in the room next to us or a few doors down came back and wee shouting and screaming which kept me up further. Staff were nice. Room was clean. Very loud and sort of uncomfortable. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Morning I'm sorry you had an uncomfortable night and will take into account looking into some blackout curtains (thank you for mentioning it ). I can't seem to find any phone call etc mentioning a noisy room till after 530am. We have a no-noise policy and if wed being aware we would have asked the occupants to quieten down or vacate the hotel. I'm sorry you won't be returning but am glad you enjoyed your room and were able to check-in early

I went over for the football so was only staying the 1 night. Hotel is very central to everything. Restaurants, bars and shopping.The hotel is very well run and very comfortable. Rooms very clean and warm. Would definitely stay again.

Rooms are in desperately in need of updating. Bathroom was awful. Was clean enough though. Staff friendly. Good location, bizarre layout. Won't be returning.

I'm sorry we won't be seeing you again. We are in the middle of renovating all the bathrooms and most rooms throughout the hotel. We are a 2-star hotel with many extras that other 2-star hotels don't provide free wifi, tea. coffee etc

Very well priced, no frills, clean accomodation
Easy check in, room was clean, comfy and warm enough. Nothing amazing or special but for the price it was very good in Leeds town centre, literally 2 min walk to train station and main bars and shopping.

Good if you just need a bed after a night out

I would stay again
Downside is it is right next to long term roadworks so if you are a light sleeper will defo wake you up early when work resumes each day. The hotel was ok, nothing outstanding but a decent base to explore leeds centre or use the train connections across the road. I would stay again but avoid the continental breakfast which was a bit pants even for a continental breakfast.

Fab location at a very reasonable price.
The best thing about the hotel is the fabulous location, very close to the station and Trinity shopping centre. Rooms are a little tired, but comfortable. The staff that we encountered were very pleasant, and we would stay again.
