Hotel room was located in the sky rise. You needed to take two different elevators (and walk across the whole building twice) when accessing your room. Keys did not work upon check in after going upstairs and had to once again wait in line. Hotel room was nothing spectacular; felt like we were staying at a motel, not a hotel in Vegas. House keeping didn’t come to the room once the whole weekend to change linens or replenish towels. Would not stay here again.

I understand that pets are sometimes needed by people, but I actually saw a person let their dog pee on the carpet and just walk away. I had to alert the employees that it happened. Dog owners dog take responsibility!! If you do, I’m not talking to you🙂

We didn’t like the fact that the air conditioning in the room was not working diligently and that the safe was not functioning at all. We had called room service multiple times and they told us that they were going to provide us with an engineer and when the engineer finally arrived, he said we were going to have to deal with the problem because they needed a lock smith to fix the safe. Another thing was that the smell of marijuana was unbearable. I had trouble sleeping at night and even had gotten headaches due to the aroma. It’s not okay for a family with children to have to deal with that smell as we do not promote the usage of drugs. I called room service about the smell and the receptionist that answered my call did not give me any advice as to what to do. She essentially just told me to deal with it. On our second day at Circus Circus, my daughter had woken up with a bug bite. The bite was extremely inflamed and clear liquid had been oozing out of it. She had to deal with the pain and discomfort of the bite all day. We even had to file a report because security had to come over. On top of everything else, we didn’t have a refrigerator in the room which is inconvenient because we had bought plenty of items that needed to be cooled. If we are already paying for a hotel room, shouldn’t it already come with all the necessary items we need? I will not be continuing to stay at Circus Circus because of all the problems and nuances the hotel has brought upon our vacation.

We read the reviews on Circus Circus before we booked. It is a very old resort. Our expectations were really low. Reality of staying here it is conveniently located. The grounds were clean. The staff were lovely, the only ones to watch out for are the ones in black suits (the sales people). Give it a day or two you will get to understand how to deal with them. (They are only doing their job) For the price we absolutely loved staying here for the location, lots of food options (it’s American) , gambling options, the people from all over the world. We will come back to stay here. Bring ear plugs to sleep and buy some disinfectant wipes before you arrive.

Absolutely horrible experience ever! I wish I read the reviews before going there, as a solo traveler I was planning to come here for sleep so didn't care about amenities. But whole hotel is very dirty, they never clean it! Most importantly you will be robbed here, as a Solo traveler some stranger can target you easily here! No security here! Many drug addicts here to rob you! I was scared to sleep here, initially booked 3 days here and barely made 2 days and left this hotel early. Purchased new air ticket to get out here and spended more money on it but didn't wanna be targeted dangerous people here! Tried to cancel but they said they can't do anything since I checked in already so stayed there 2 days... also lots of homelesses around this hotel I was walking to the main stip and bothered by these people. It was a good lesson for me not to book this kind of places ever! I always stayed in nice hotels before on the main strip but this trip since I have it as a solo and do outdoor activities for most of the time so didn't care about hotel reviews and booked with them and turned out a big lesson for me!

Multiple things to do with the family. Free parking a plus. However, seems like the carpets have not been taken care of in a long time. Our tub was clogged and elevators will drive you nuts at time of check out as they are packed and not enough elevators... what about the stairs? I tried: past the 3rd floor I just went 2 more floors and they stairs kept going with no door on sight. Had to go back to the third floor and... wait for the elevator again. If you can pass these, it is a good family oriented place in Vegas.
