les + Appart'hotel confortable et spacieux, idéal pour un séjour en famille. Clim un peu bruyante (on la coupait lorsque présents). Piscine agréable avec un Tiki bar (petite restauration) pas testé. On a diné a la Trattoria à 2 pas et il est possible de se faire livrer des pizzas. les - Il manque un peu d'ambiance/animation A comparer avec l'autre complexe Hyatt Beach House un peu + ancien mais de meme standard et avec une piscine plage, acces a la mer

Vacances en famille inoubliable. Qualité des prestations et qualité du service au rendez-vous. Un grand merci particulier au responsable technique originaire de Guadeloupe particulièrement à notre écoute et à notre service. Emplacement idéal malgré l'aéroport à côté. Aucune nuisance à noter alors que nous sommes très sensible au bruit. Appartement très bien équipé pour une famille de 6 personnes. Piscine et environnement très appréciés des parents et des enfants (de 5 à 21 ans)

hotel de qualité des chambres propres , mobilier de style ancien mais bien entretenu. Deux grandes chambres 3 téléviseurs , douche et baignoire hydro; luxueux. piscine magnifique , le seul hic est la distance avec le centre ville voiture obligatoire et pas facile de se garer à key west

Très bonne impréssion sur cet hotel. Belle piscine, personnel agréable, grande chambre, superbe et très propre. Dommage que cet hotel soit si loin du centre et en plus près de l'aéroport ! ALors oui je le recommande mais je pense que l'on trouve moins chère et plus près.

Climatisation très bruyante
Très bel appartement dans cet hôtel. La climatisation était TRES, TRES bruyante et IMPOSSIBLE à arrêter pendant la nuit. Nous étions 5 et il nous manquait des draps pour un lit !!!

Appartement magnifique avec vue sur l'atlantique et les jardins delarésidence. Seul Bémol le bruit de l'aéroport situé derrière l'hotel.

Hyatt Vacation Club Resort : superbe
En ouvrant la porte, mon amie et moi-même avons eu ce moment de « waouh » . La chambre/appartement est superbe, bien équipée et extrêmement confortable. Le personnel est aussi très compétent, efficace et certainement un des plus souriant qui soit. Il est à noter que ce dernier est exclusivement anglophone (pas de français) mais ils sont très tolérant de notre anglais approximatif. Les points négatifs inclus des drains de baignoires contenant quelques cheveux (dans les deux salles de bain de la chambre) et un emplacement près de l’aéroport de l’île ce qui engendre du bruit et il faut un moyen de transport pour aller « en ville ». Cependant, il est important de souligner que ces points négatifs nous ont semblé proprement négligeables et notre séjour était presque parfait! Hautement recommandé!

Hôtel très sympa. Les chambres, je devrais dire l'appartement est vraiment super. Extérieur très joliment arangé. Seul bémol, il n'y a pas de plage devant mais la piscine est très bien. Un meilleur emplacement et un restaurant pour le soir et l'hôtel aurait une note de 10/10

Rien a redire, un appartement avec vue sur mer et piscine, 2 chambres avec salles de bains individuelles. Cuisine équipée avec le tout ce qui est nécéssaire. Résidence située à 10 minutes en voitures de duval street, idéal pour les familles ou les voyageurs souhaitant etre un peu en retrait du centre ville tres festif.

The resort was absolutely beautiful, with lush landscaping and ample amenities, including various seating areas, hammocks, and a stunning pool. The room was impressive too, featuring a terrific ocean view, spacious layout, and a huge balcony—which became our favorite spot to relax. Its location was ideal; far enough from the crowds of the old town for tranquility, yet close enough to enjoy its charm when we chose to. There are a couple of reasons why I haven’t given a full five-star rating. Firstly, the interior decor of the units could use some refreshing as they are a bit dated and show minor signs of wear. Secondly, the resort's proximity to the airport means that occasionally, you will hear planes as they land and take off. While the sound is very loud, it's short duration and frequency did not to disturb the overall serenity of our stay. This is something to bear in mind if absolute peace is what you are looking for in a resort, but it didn't significantly detract from our wonderful experience at the resort.

Overall a good experience. Pool are was nice. Really enjoyed the gas grill area for being able to BBQ on site. Only real complaint was waiting to get hot water when showering. I would definitely stay here again.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by pleasant staff who made every effort to ensure that the checkin process was seamless. The property simply beautiful, the condo spacious and view breathtaking. The property amenities made the stay worthwhile. We didn’t have to leave for anything unless we wanted to venture out for excursions or a night out on the town. We had a wonderful time and already planning our next visit. I was so disappointed. No amenities zero!! Only one Place to eat and limited. Only one place to get anything To drink or coffee and it’s only open a few hours. What A waste of my money. Like others have said this is away from ‘downtown’ which can be a blessing. Well kept property with plenty of elbow room at pool. We got a 2 bedroom unit with full kitchen; made everything easy. I’d recommend it for a family!

We (family of 4) had a great time at this resort. Friendly staff and very fresh and clean. Great location across from the ocean. Our condo was great. There is a Publix grocery a couple miles away for food and snacks. Beautiful pool.
