The Bloc hotel is very convenient inside the Gatwick airport. Quick on & off flights & plenty of eateries, staying at the Bloc gives discounts to most of them. The rooms are small but sufficient.

We booked this hotel because it is located at Gatwick airport, which we were flying out of the next day and we could take the train right to the airport from London. It was very convenient. The rooms are small and I hated the wet room bathroom concept! They had free tea, coffee and hot chocolate available, which was very nice. It was fine for one night.

the rooms are small, but surprisingly comfortable. perfect for a short stay waiting on a connecting flight. the showers are a little weird, getting water all over, but they got us clean.

A great place delivering exactly what it’s intended for - a place to crash before a flight. Perfect location, comfortable king sized bed and good air conditioning. We stayed in a room without a window and it was good with us, but anyone who is claustrophobic may want to consider upgrading to one with a window. We were well rested and less rushed getting to our morning flight. The online check-in and check-out was an added bonus.

We enjoy the convenience of staying at this hotel in Gatwick airport and often plan our return trips to Canada from Europe with Gatwick flights. Rooms are small but include everything you need for an overnight stay. Very clean. Comfortable bed with crisp sheets. The people at the desk were always friendly and helpful.
