« Location is within reasonable walking distance to everything, including the conference center. Multiple locations to eat nearby. Room is very clean. Outdoor pool was being renovated while we were there, but other than that, room was exactly as advertised. Only drawback was that I made multiple requests for the property owner to contact me prior to arrival because our organization is tax exempt. Never heard from them. »

« I loved the fact that although it was walking distance from town, it was not on the main street, so getting in and out was no problem. We were also very happy with the homey atmosphere. As to dislike, there was really only one thing, and that was because I wasn't aware that they didn't supply toiletries, so we had to make a quick trip to the drug store for shampoo and soap for the shower. »

« location is a little difficult to find at night and no one available on property for initial check in. Once I called the host things were smoothed out and we were able to get in fine. Was hoping for a little more rural than this and was surprised to find we were about a block away from the main drag in Pigeon Forge. « The pictures were accurate, the condo was clean and well maintained. The only issues were small and did not effect our stay at all. We had a light that flickered in the guest bathroom above the mirror and some of the wall outlets were just worn out and the cords were loose and almost falling out. These issues did not effect our stay and I know the condo mgrs will fix these in a timely manor. The condo managers were easy to communicate with, were very personable and responded quickly. « This condo was fantastic! Being from Texas we don’t get a chance to see these views or the wildlife! Bears, bears and bears! It was never scary except for one time! He didn’t bother us at all! « This location is minutes from Dollywood and the strip. Also isn’t far from Gatlinburg. For a two bedroom, it is very spacious and clean. Dollywood was great, I’ve never met more friendly people, fun rides and yes, the cinnamon bread was great. It was a slow line for the bread but Miss Pat was so sweet to talk to, thus the slow line. « Great place and location. Sunny and Stacy were quick to answer any questions pre check in and during our stay. This condo had everything we needed for our stay. Loved how we could walk down to the outdoor pool and indoor pool. I would recommend this location for families looking for a place to stay while visiting Pigeon Forge. »

« Condo was absolutely fantastic. It was stocked with everything we needed and clean. The location was perfect. We were so close to the parkway and the Island. Communication with Jennifer before and during our stay was above expectations. We did not have any issues during our stay that required attention. After our stay, I reached out to offer suggestions but did not hear back. We would definitely stay here again!!! »

« If you dont have any trouble walking, this is a perfect place to stay. Close enough but far enough also. For the price i was expecting it to be pristine but was a little worn on the cabinets and bathrooms. »

« We had a wonderful time at this condo. It was sparkling clean and had all the items needed for cooking. It was tastefully decorated and located conveniently to area attractions. We were sorry it didn’t have a grill as we like to grill at least one meal while on vacation. It did have a grill at the bottom of the hill for the resort but who wants to carry all your food back and forth? Overall it was a great trip! »

« Close to downtown walkable areas I wanna go. Can hear people talking so walls too thin. Toilets and floor n sink loose so can hear hear screws loosing n wobbling when use. Otherwise bed is comfortable. »
