« The apartment is just off of Belt Line Road near Addison. This puts it close to innumerable restaurants. It's in a residential area so overall pretty quiet. WiFi was fast, and the neighborhood felt safe. Has a wash/dryer in the apartment. The apartment has a good layout. It's a 2nd floor apartment. The owner responds very quickly to messages. Overall a good rental. One star off due to living room furniture being a little small and uncomfortable and the kitchen not having any...

« The Good: Clean and neat property. The Bad: The property had 3 gate codes to get in and I had to message 3 times to obtain. There were no coffee pods for the coffee maker and a few tea bags, but some had been opened. The dish washer was full… Finally, with a hefty service fee, I was asked to carry the trash to a dumpster on the other side of a fence. This all left a bad taste for the whole experience. »

« The location was good and the unit was in a quiet building with on-site parking. The unit was as advertised. The host was responsive to any questions. We would stay here again. »

« Access was explained very well! Parking is close to back entrance which was a plus! Inside the step down from kitchen area to den was problematic at times. Older couples may need better marking of the step down to make it more ADA compliant! Would have preferred a toaster rather than toaster/oven but it was fine! A hair dryer would have been nice in the bathroom! Otherwise, this property fitted our needs for a long stay in Dallas to help my parents transition into an assisted living facility! »

« My teen daughters and I stayed here for spring break. The place is very cute and extremely clean - which is one of my main priorities. It’s in a gated property of condos and felt very safe and was nice & quiet. The property owner was very responsive and had her (young adult) daughter come over and change a battery in our smoke alarm. She was both friendly and helpful. It was a perfect place for a small group. »

« The property is in a great location, just South of Highland Park and near Uptown. The layout and the rooms are nice. The bathrooms are a bit dated, but clean and worked well. My only complaint is that the person in the condo above walked around most of the night and woke us up repeatedly. Apparently, the floor is not very well insulated. On the positive note, Sara was very responsive, the kitchen was well equipped, and everything was very nice. We'd stay there again! »

« I’m a CO grandma, that’s been looking for a WHILE, for a reasonably priced condo, with a garage, to get out of the snow for a month. Family is 3 miles away, so we could easily go back and forth. Restaurants and grocery stores VERY close. Hubs flew down for a week during the 4 weeks and 2 grandkids spent the night on the weekends on the sofa bed. The unit is tiny, but we all loved it. It’s quiet and I felt comfortable and safe. Nice floors, granite and appliances. Loved the fenced in patio....

« Really nice place and once I figured out the check in process it was easy and convenient. They had great communication, place was clean and had everything we needed, the entire community was really nice and quiet. We ended up extending our stay by 2 days and they made that process fast and easy. It’s extremely dog friendly too. »
