« I took two teams (UMASS & JMU) to the college super regional Pickleball tournament. The house was fantastic because it was affordable for college kids (though one needed to be 30 years of age to book it…I exceed that age), it had lots of beds and enough bathrooms and a kitchen. « This is our third or fourth time staying here. Convenient location on bluestone creek. Close to Clarksville and within 15-20 min and shorter of all popular boat ramps. Plenty of boat parking for 4-5 boats. This is a must for a large group, no unhooking. This house has all the amenities one could ask for. « The cabin was very cute, it is really for people who are younger and wants to camp out. For us it was not a good fit. It was discribed as a two room but it’s really only one room with a loft for sleeping. The water pressure is very low and the electric kept going out. « The house itself was great, well maintained, clean, everything worked. Working gas grill and firewood provided. The Internet service at the house was DSL, very slow. Had a hard time streaming music. The Lake would have some current at times, not all the time. And there was a day with a bit of an oil slick on the water, possibly dam related. We swam and paddle boarded and had a lovely time, nonetheless. We didn't have a boat, that might have been nice for the times when the current was there....
