Welcome to our stylish and centrally-located home nestled in RVA. We invite you to indulge in an extraordinary stay, where modern comfort and convenience seamlessly blend with the charm of our vibrant neighborhood. The primary bedroom suite is on the 1st floor through the foyer. Only 1st floor access.

Pet Fee: We understand that pets are cherished members of the family, and we happily welcome them to our home. If you wish to bring your furry friend along, there will be a pet fee of $50/per entire stay.

We live upstairs and we have a dog that will be kept on the 3rd floor/gated. He will not have access to you. Completely safe!

So happy with this stay!
This property is extremely clean, minimalistic, and decorated beautifully. I was provided with clean towels, extra blankets, a very large tv, and bathroom products. The check in process was seamless and the owners are very quick to respond with any questions or concerns you may have. Would definitely stay here again!

Misleading information on listing
Due to a lot of misleading information on this VRBO listing, I will not recommend it. The decor is beautiful but there are extra rules and fees that are not listed. I was charged an extra $100 after stay. Seems sketchy and I was left very unhappy.

So nice!!
The room was so nice. It was super clean, it smelled amazing, and the hosts were so friendly and responsive. The room itself is decorated beautifully and it was super cozy. The area is really nice and felt super safe. We spent one night but wanted to stay longer! It was close to everything we wanted to do and all lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Definitely recommend staying here!

Great stay
Thanks for a nice stay! Tastefully decorated, clean room on first floor of a townhouse - in a quiet neighborhood, by a park. It’s right off a highway, about 10 mins from Downtown Richmond. We didn’t hear any highway noise! Parking is in the driveway. Check in was very easy, with keypads.

Very pleasant space
The room was just as pictured. Loved the neutrals and I loved the couch!!!! Location convenient and very quiet. So grateful we could bring our two dogs! The refrigerator is very tiny and would not accommodate leftovers easily. A small microwave would have been nice. I like to read at bedtime, lamp only on one side of bed. I noticed the cold air return was pretty dusty but I’m sure just an oveesight. Overall, nice stay and would return.

Beautiful, spacious yet cozy stay
Room was very spacious and beautifully decorated. I traveled solo and felt safe and comfortable staying at the property. The neighborhood was super nice, quiet and extremely close to all of the touristy things to do such as museum district, Carytown, VCU area, James River and Hollywood Cemetery. Bryan was very helpful and answered all my questions and made me feel welcomed. I will definitely stay again if I can next time I visit Richmond. The mini fridge is super mini but I brought my own cooler so it worked out perfectly!
