Very overpriced for basic but clean rooms. Front office was helpful. Breakfast was basic and items were not refilled when they were finished. Tables were dirty. No one was around to help with breakfast. There are many better hotels and inns to stay in and much better prices. Unfortunately the inn chose to take advantage of the Memorial weekend and shortage of accommodation. Very disappointed

When I booked I chose "Pay at the hotel". In all previous instances, this has been at check-in. However, the charge hit my card that morning before we left our other hotel. It was also on a different card than the one I wanted to use for the stay. When I asked for it to be charged to another card the clerk (manager? owner?) said it was too difficult. Not pleased with that. Room was fine. I don't eat breakfast, so I can't rate it.

Good location to access Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. Could see mts from my room and the property. Space to walk around, picnic benches, outdoor seating and more on property. Staff very helpful. Room was spacious. Bathroom small, just a shower. Fine for 1, probably crowded for more. Breakfast had a decent variety but dairy out of stock 2nd am due to delivery issues. Wish there was tea for the keurig!

A beautiful mountain property with views in every direction. Clean from toilets and jacuzzi tub, to baseboards and linens. Wonderful staff. Calm, quiet environment. Comfortable, firm bed. A/C, fans, and heat all worked lovely.

Cleanliness and staff were great. I would have liked to have seen the amenities open (pool & hottub) and perhaps two different breakfast options in protein. When eating there more than 2 nights it's too repetitive

Off season review here! It was quiet and peaceful at this hotel! The staff was nice and friendly and we had no issues with our stay. The location was convenient for us because we didn’t want to be too much in town but still close enough to hit all the hot spots!

Kristoff was incredible and the rooms were comfortable. There were no issues. I was frustrated by the air conditioner / heating unit and that I couldn't set it to keep and maintain a heat so I had to get up and down to adjust the temperature when it got too hot or too cold in the room. Otherwise we had no problems and really enjoyed our stay. We will come back.

We had a wonderful time here. We had a Mountain View in a very spacious room. Housekeeping was wonderful. Front desk was very friendly. Breakfast hot and adequate.

Stayed here for 3 nights while exploring Estes and RMNP. Simple, but very tasty breakfast each morning. Clean room and lobby. Staff were friendly and helpful! Would stay here again.
