We only stop for the night when travelling to and from Ontario to visit family.
It is a very nice hotel but no dining options on site. After a long drive, we checked in and then had to drive again to find some dinner
Its a dated little pulp town, typical of Northern NB/Quebec border towns, however, the amenities along the exits at the Trans Canada highway are far superior than you would find in other similar border towns. perfect Ottawa to Halifax stop.
There is a nice little brewery called Petit-Sault that's very charming! Unfortunately, the opening hours aren't too accommodating and there isn't a lot of places you can go out in Edmundston for a drink/cocktail or for dinner!
A quiet, little town in northern New Brunswick, with friendly people.
