« well-appointed house in Pacific Beach neighborhood. house had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. plenty of extras are provided - including lots of beach stuff (we were here in december - not cold, but not quite beach weather). loved the neighborhood - some great bars and restaurants in walking distance. in spite of the nearby nightlife it was VERY quiet. would definitely stay again. »

« I was there for a tournament and the location was perfect, the commute was easy and direct. The neighborhood was quiet. Parking was a challenge nightly but other than that my stay was great! We felt safe walking back to the house even when we had to park far away. Thank you. »

« Arriving at the house is confusing at first and don't know which gate to walk into or where to park. Once you figure out the parking in the back situation and which gate to use. The house is great, it has a shared patio with the next door rental, which depending on the neighbors could be fun. The house itself was clean, spacious and very well situated.
