The staff was beyond what we ever expected. They made sure all our needs were met plus extra. They helped us rent motor bikes, get our laundry done, provide airport transfers and transportation into DaNang. Motorbikes were very easy to ride and came with very detailed instructions along with many suggestions a maps of where to go. They were always checking on us. The rooms were very clean, air condition, comfortable beds, good water pressure. Bottled water was always available. Food in restaurant was wonderful. Pool was very enjoyable after very hot days. Bicycles are available free of charge and are great to easily get around the local area. We highly recommend this hotel.

The dining room is too hot to eat in. If you are enjoying the pool no one comes to check if you would like to order anything. You need to dry off and go inside to get them. They will definately bring you what you want. If you want to order something again you have to go and get someone. Like i said there are few to no customers inside. Staff are folding napkins instead of attending to guests. Also the music at the pool is an ambient music loop that goes for an hour or so. After 5 days we were pretty tired of that same loop.

We have swich on all air-conditioners and put extra cool fan However the weather in Hoi An in the last few day is too hot and it going to 40 -42c during the day so we could not exchange the temperature as we like. Wyndham Gardens was a great hotel in pretty good area despite the unfinished hotel across the road blocking the beach view ! Staff were fabulous and always welcoming - rooms clean and very comfortable. I would def stay again - Thankyou

Good Hotel
Very nice, fairly new hotel just outside Hoi An. Very comfortable, clean room. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was good, but mainly Asia oriented. Easy taxi to old town Hoi An for 100,000 Dong. Shuttle service is a joke. It only runs twice per day, one hour apart in the afternoon. Ocean view is mainly blocked by new resort hotel. Some traffic and temple noise in the front. Switched to pool view room, and it was quiet. Hotel was very nice about changing my room. Laundry is good.

Tran at reception is amazing if you have any questions what to do eat and see just ask she’s very helpful. Steven the GM makes sure your stay is amazing ! Had Spa services recommend the hot bamboo and finally kitchen staff and everybody friendly and professional

Newly rennovated rooms, great locaton next to the beach, great breakfast, had 2 hot bamboo treatment massages. Great service, awesome value for the price. Booked again to come back in January '23

Piscine hotel un peu à l'ombre mais la plage privée en face de l'hôtel est top. Un peu loin du centre de hôi an mais, à la plage. Quelques resto typiques en bord de rivière très bons pour ne pas prendre le dîner à l'hôtel

Die Unterkunft war für das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis top. Die Strände in der Gegend sind nur etwas verlassen und laden nicht wirklich zum Baden ein (Reisezeit Januar 2024). Das Hotel ist aber super und das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit sei es bei Fahrrädern oder auch der Miete von Rollern. Die Wände des Hotels sind etwas hellhörig was uns etwas beim schlafen gestört hat. An sich sind die Betten aber super und die Zimmer geräumig, schön und vor allem sauber. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und das Frühstück war sehr einladend. Wir sind mit Freunden zu viert gereist.
