« This is a great cottage, well stocked, comfortable and clean. The owner provided check-in information well in advance. It was a quick walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. It was rather windy during our stay, so we spent more time indoors than planned, but the living room was very comfortable. The location made it easy to explore the State & National parks. »

« I have mostly good things to say, but the neighborhood was not great and no hot tub on property. Extremely clean, easy check in, very attentive owners. A local young man greeted us shortly after arrival, nice touch. We thought we left something behind and owners responded immediately. The inside is as described. Upstairs has very low ceilings. We had 3 adults and the owner reached out to us right away to make sure we were ok with that. However, the neighborhood is not great. Its in a rundown...

« We stayed here for 4 nights, it’s a very cute place with everything you can think of amenity wise, I don’t think I’ve stayed at a place with as much as this one. The only two songs I’d give it is we noticed a lot of homeless people walking down the street, we never felt scared but it detracted from the rest. The other issue was the mustiness of the place. It was best to leave a window or two open with a fan on during the day. I would stay here again as it was a great overall value. »

« This house was perfect! I was nervous at first since this was our first time renting a house for a few days but I’m so happy I did. Everything went so smooth. When we arrived, everything was clean. The house was even more beautiful in person. I love the huge yard and how secluded you feel from anyone else. You can also see the ocean from upstairs which is really cool. Highly recommend this house, you will not regret it. We will definitely be staying here next time we come to the area! »

« The house was decorating so beautifully with a calming beach vide. It was super clean which was awesome. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms which was excellent. Communication with the host company was fantastic. Arrived and had a couple of needs which were handled almost immediately. Neighborhood was a little junky on some homes, but we loved the property and would stay again for sure. »

« Very nice and clean home. Excellent value. Neighborhood felt a little sketchy. Several loud and late parties on the weekend. The home itself was great but the beds were both very hard. Overall we were happy. »

« Beautiful surroundings in the woods, frequented by deer. Private and quite. Hosts were very pleasant. We enjoyed our stay here. The one downside was the foam mattress was not comfortable for my husband and it had a plastic cover on it that became damp and sticky during the night. A nice mattress topper would help that. »

« The property itself is gorgeous. Inside the cottage however, there were some house keeping issues when we arrived: old coffee spill stains on the stove top, crumbs from old food were left in the microwave and toaster oven, all of the drawers where eating utensils were kept also had diet and old crumbs of food, one burner did not work on the stove top, all outside chairs and barbecue had dirt and cobwebs all over them. Other than that, it was an incredibly enjoyable, comfortable, homey cottage...
