We checked in around 5:30pm, so we have no time to do something. restless night at this place. We had big foot right above us. this place is very hidden, it is in the middle of a small town, 30 minutes to sedona. Place was clean, but it has Different vibes. Note: This place is very strict at thier policy, you have to follow the policy or else. responsible for lost or stolen property: FAILURE TO VACATE: they will charge you a late fee of $50 for the first 30 min & $100 every hour after that, Personal items may be subject to removal by management. I stayed in so many resorts, I checked out late once but they don't charge me like this, when late checking out. That paper they give me upon check out got me thinking all night. I am in Sedona a lot of time, this is the first time staying here and Wont be coming back. property is outdated.

Property was ok. Leaving the property by car can be nerve racking. The best and safest way is to turn left and get to a nearby stop light!

We stopped overnight before heading to the Grand Canyon. The room was nice and quiet with great restaurants close by, along with convenient grocery shopping to pick-up our trip snacks. The pool and jacuzzi were a nice way to relax in the late afternoon too. Would definitely stay here again.

Had to call three times to get this TV fixed. HDMI cord was wrong. Remote didn't work
