« I made this reservation thinking it was an extended stay hotel. I have done this in other cities and they have actually been national chains. This is not. This is an apartment complex with an office. Everything in the room is cheaply made... the towels are threadbare, the carpet is cheap, their are no toiltries except one small bar of soap when you check in. The kitchen had one fork and one knife in the drawer and the ice maker didn't work. The bathroom floor has hair and dirt around and behind...

Nice Keurig coffee maker with coffee provided. Suggestions for the owner. Use some of the income to upgrade the carpet. Paint the basement. Put clean mattress protection pads on the beds. »
