« The chalets are perfect . In a wonderful peaceful location but within reach of shops , restaurants and places of interest . Our hosts could not have been more accommodating. Thank you for a great break it was just what we needed. »

« Despite the weather we had a great few nights away in this seaside location. The kids loved the fact we could see the sea from the property and had great fun on the beach at both low and high tide. The property was clean and spacious and had every amenity we required. The location was perfect for both walks to east wittering for lunch or dinner, a short drive to the sandy beach at we sat wittering for a beach day in the sun and a 35min drive into Portsmouth to take in the view from Spinnaker...

« We had 4 dogs at various times and the back garden was wonderful for them. All the visitors enjoyed the location being so close to the beach for walks. »

« Very private, great house, amazing kitchen, beautiful garden, private drive and a super host. Situated within a short drive to all the attractions the area has to offer, such as, West Wittering beach, Chichester, Bosham and lots more. The kids were extremely happy as we were and our Tibetan Mastiff. We will most definitely book it often in the future! »

« We came to stay for a very wet Easter week away with the kiddies was just wanting a diff environment for a few days. It lived up to that and much more, even in the cold wet weather the location and home was perfect, We was kept very warm and Cosy in this property it really was home for home. We have tried many properties in selsey over the years and this is the best unique home we have found! Deffo recommend staying in this very rear home. »

« We had a very magical special weekend away, the house was comfortable, it felt home from home. The views were spectacular, sitting in the lounge watching the sea was so relaxing. We went for some lovely walks and the kids loved playing in the garden. The house had everything you could possibly need! I couldn’t fault it at all! « We had a fantastic week's stay at Sea Esta - so very comfortable, particularly the bed and towels!! It's excellent accommodation for a couple. We greatly enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking out to sea, watching the boats and enjoying the stunning views. The weather was incredible all week and we had some lovely walks from the house, particularly around Pagham Harbour - The Crab and Lobster is a must! « Beautiful views and directly opposite beach. Although advertised as suitable for 8, very pokey for so many people. Bannister came off the wall within 10 minutes of arrival when I brushed against it as I went up the stairs informed hosts immediately and was told they were away on holiday so couldn’t repair it. Imagine my shock when I was charged £500 for towels being damaged and linen and damage to wall……. Been on holidays for the last 15 years and never been charged. »

« I recently stayed in this property with a group of old friends and we had an amazing weekend. The house was beautiful and the bedrooms were very comfortable with plenty of bathrooms for everybody. « Everything about our stay was perfect. The house is gorgeous. There was an issue with the freezer and they brought us a replacement within a few hours which was impressive & essential as we needed ice for drinks! The garden is so lovely. The location is exactly what I was after. Beautiful quiet village. We sat in bed one morning listening to the bird song. Heaven. Local pubs were great too. Our host was lovely. Attentive & communicative. We had such a lovely stay and I didn’t want to leave. ❤️...
