Rooms floor was definitely not mopped. We could see footprints and there was paper under beds and behind toilet. Air was cold!

Everything was wonderful! Every staff I came in contact with Was very kind and helpful. My and only issue was that my room was across from where the band was playing at the restaurant until late at night.

Older place for an older crowd. Gets noisy on weekend nights at tge bar so ask for an outside room if you don't like niose. No elevator, ask for ground level if you don't like stairs. The lobby closes at 5pm. Daily room service is great. Large rooms. Pool is ok but not a lot to do for kids.

Super cute spot. We needed a place to stay before jumping on the Key West Express. Meghan was great with instructions for our late check in. The Tiki bar was great! A perfect place to hang for a day or two at a great price.

This is the 5th time in the past few years we have stayed here. We LOVE it and will continue to stay here when we get to Florida. Rooms are clean, bed is comfy. Staff is very pleasant. Pool is clean. Food is good and reasonably priced. You will meet people from all over the country in the pool and make lifelong friends. Highly recommend.

The property seemed to be fairly well cared for. There are minor things that need attention but overall seemed to be in good condition. There was a large gap at the bottom of the door that could use a door sweep or something to block light and possible bugs or unwantwd critters. The pool was clean, comfortable and there were plenty of lounges.

No other staff in the business compares to the friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff at the Dolphin. The Tiki Hut servers, cooks, and bartenders put all others in the area to shame. Food and drink are prepared to order, with no dish being 'run of the mill'. Signature specialties paired with original cocktails and brews, all with LIVE MUSIC almost daily. No other place I'd rather stay!!!

The tv hardly had any channels… there was a cars that told u what was on the channels but it did not match up to tv. There was duplicate stations and about 10 channels that were blank. The biggest problem was w the neighboring room who let their kids run outside back and forth past the room 10:00 both nights.. running and screaming. I wish you couldnt hear the outside noise so clearly. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic! Best shower i have ever had in a motel.

This was such a great find. the outside of the hotel is retro and took me back to the 1960's. Our room with a king bed was spotless - the bathroom was spotless - the mattress was comfortable and probably the most impressive aspect, our room was located right across from the Tiki Bar (which was also a find and so fun) and had live music. Once we shut the door we heard NOTHING. The walls were sound proof. If you are looking for a clean, affortable and pleasant stay.........this is it.

We would definitely come back for a stay at this property. Having the pool and Tiki Hut on property is a huge plus. Convenient to everything in the Cape or Fort Myers area.

The last day when housekeeping came in. They cleaned and took all the towels and did not leave one. After the shower, had to dry off with pillow case. There is no phone to even call anyone.

I liked convenient location, cleanliness and nice remodeled room. Staff was really helpfulI and nice. There is no microwave in a room. Live band playing is entertaining, however it can be really loud at times and we could hear it in our room.
