The check-in process was simple and the owner contacted us (through the VRBO app) a few times to ensure all was well. Very organized and well thought out. Fantastic stay. »

But the first thing I must mention is that it isn't "beachside", but it's a short 3 block walk to the beach, and the golf cart that comes with the house makes it even easier to get to the beach. We were able to see 3 rocket launches from the beach! The house itself is great. It's big enough for a large family group or several couples, yet provides enough privacy for everyone. « This was the perfect place for our active family ranging from ge 13 to 65. Biking, swimming in the ocean and kayaking was amazing and everything was walking distance or in our own back yard. It was perfect for our needs. »

« it is so charming and what was once a private residence was divided into different cottages with use of common areas. really liked it and i was happy to not be in a hotel with noisy guests other people but quiet would reccomend this place. was relaxing »

« This house is STUNNING and has absolutely everything you need to enjoy an extended stay. Things were immaculately clean when we arrived. The neighborhood is quiet, but full of friendly folks. We enjoyed our morning walks and were able to safely get in a few miles each day. Easy access to the beach, and parking on Cocoa is super easy, and not expensive compared to other beaches we've been to. You can easily walk a few blocks and be at the water, but we chose to drive so we could bring the beach...

« Great location close to beach. Pool and patio area were great for times we were not at the beach. The house is laid out well for two families to share. We shared the place between my family of 5 and my wife's sister's family of 4 and had plenty of room. »

« Property is large and roomy. We only stayed two nights while getting our group together for a cruise. A short walk to the beach where you have a great view of cruise ships leaving and entering port and of the rocket launch facilities. We didn't cook so I cant comment on appliances or kitchenware. It was convenient to have use of the garage as we needed to unload and load vehicles a couple times. »

« Our whole family (son, daughters, son in laws and grandchildren) joined us for spring break. Not a brand new, fancy space, but it served our purpose well. The location, literally a 4 minute walk to the beach, was perfect. Even when we drove the kids over, the parking was free. There was ample space for all of us. The heated pool was a real hit. « Overall, we loved our stay! You have put so much into that place with all the little details anticipated for guests. Our only issue was one of the 2 bathrooms is in a bedroom. Two of our party got that bath & the other 5 had to share the only other bath. Not sure how you could fix it tho. All in all, it was fantastic! »
