Mr.Antonio and the rest of the guys Ricardo and Sergio and gaudalupa are great welcoming you,Luis and Fernando and Jesus will take care of you on the beach,Conseyla will pamper at the spa,but you dont get good toiletries in the room anymore, the liquor is not top notch anymore in the krystal grand, people are great,thats what makes this place special

From the moment we got there they wanted us to upgrade. If we didn’t we would not receive the full all-inclusive benefits, no room service and excluded from a specific pool and a specific section of the resort. So we felt we had to upgrade. All restaurants (except the buffet) required reservations. You were not able to walk up to a sit down restaurant and be served without prior reservations The fish ceviche was amazing. Keep in mind they do not have any alcohol in the mini fridges. Only sodas and water.

We were 3 families, 3 rooms 1122 1124 1115 1122 front view of ocean 1124 front view of ocean 1115 view of ocean towards rocks/jetties All 3 rooms had yellow water come out of sink faucet. Hot water took forever to heat up. Restaurants are only open on several days. Not all beach umbrellas are free to use. There are some that are exactly as the free ones but for a charge. Concierge is pesky about showing property for what Imagine is for time share proposals. Breakfast is good
