« Overall the property was fine. However, the place is very bare bones. Towels and linens are worn, hand soap is provided (but bring everything else-including toilet paper). The outside balcony looks over brown grass and an old gas tank. You can see the neighbors swimming. You do get a small slice of the ocean between the houses. « Our family enjoyed this sweet space! The location was fantastic! Far enough from the chaos of the more crowded areas but still close and convenient to everything - we couldn't believe how perfect the location was! The house itself is set up very nice, well stocked and felt like home away from home for all of us! The pool was a welcome space to lounge at, as are the front and back deck areas. « 10/10! We had a wonderful time! The beach was easily accessible and you could tell the home was newly remodeled, as everything in the house was clean and in great condition. « We had a great time for a month in this house. The location could not be better! 100 yards to the ocean, a huge beach with powdery sand, no traffic, just a lovely time. We could not find the garage opener and the realtor had one there 2 days later! We loved checking on the tortoises every day. We highly recommend Althea’s beach house and Sunshine realty. »
