I know the Valet parking is different from the hotel but they had me charged for two nights when I was only there for eleven hours. Got it corrected but.

Even though it was a one night stay I really love how the room was. Very clean and bright and you can see the city from the room. I love how they have your name on the TV screen makes you feel special. Will definitely book again if I’m in the area!

Staff was great and valet. Otherwise, the accommodations were subpar. Two towels were available in the bathroom but there were no tissues in the tissue holder. Biggest complaint, the air conditioner went out in the middle of the night. Side note- Saturday night on the streets outside the hotel were nothing more than car engines going crazy racing down the street. Staff was amazing however.

Hotel is not a 4 star. The reason I was rated it a 3 because the people were so sweet. Otherwise the hotel was not up to par. The rooms was very dusty and the bathroom dirty. I couldn’t breathe half the time because my allergies were on 10. So if you have any type of allergy be careful booking this hotel.

Very nice room, comfy bed and great shower. Request a high floor due to street noise, learned that the hard way. Parking by valet is pricey but nice,esp compared to others in the area. Also, they can be delayed in the early morning hours if you need to be somewhere so plan for that! Otherwise great hotel, will definitely be back.

There was dried blood from the previous guest on our sheet. One of the charging stations on the side of the bed did not work and when we clicked on the link to have our car ready for us, the valet never received the message. Other than that, the stay was great.

Loved the decor at this hotel! All the staff were pleasant and the hotel was very clean. Check-in and check-out process were super easy, and the valet services were great. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel!

The hotel was beautifully designed. The staff and customer service was awesome. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was nice, bed comfortable, bathroom spacious. No microwave or fridge but overall, I would definitely stay again.

Let's starts with the basics. I booked this hotel for ONE reason. It has a full restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner and was close to a local event I had to attend at 8. It SEEMED like the perfect location for my stay and needs. So I check in Saturday around 2pm. Upon check in we're told that the restaurant would be opening at 5pm. We took us a nap, woke up at 6pm to go down to the restaurant for dinner, JUST TO BE TOLD THE RESTAURANT WON'T BE OPENING TONIGHT ONLY THE BAR WITH NO FOOD. So we try to hurry and walk to a local food establishment and found HELEN'S restaurant at 7pm. Had to spend $200 on a dinner we never should have had to search for. Cut ran us late for our event so I had to get everything prepared as a Togo order. Just to get to the event and have to throw it away. Next morning, Sunday. We go down for breakfast YEY AGAIN THE KITCHEN IS CLOSED AND IT'S CARRY OUT ONLY THIS TIME. We waited for 48 minutes to make a to go order and finally said forget it enough is enough and went and packed out stuff. Mind you, the walls in this place are paper thin, we were in the ELEVENTH floor and could still hear every sound alllll the way down on the ground OUTSIDE because the hotel was letting people liter and drink up front by the doors. Music blaring all night long. People knocking on our door not even 5 minutes after we arrived. I WOULD HAVE RATHER STAYED IN A RUN DOWN HOTEL THEN EVER STAY HERE AGAIN .

My overall experience was ok up until reviewing my bank statement. The check in was smooth they even allowed me to check in early to decorate for my boyfriend birthday. The only problem I had was when I checked my bank statement and I was charged 2 separate charges. One for $250 and the other for $150 equaling $400. I wasn’t told anything at checkout or notified by anyone from the staff. When I called to find out what the charges was for they said it was a disturbance fee and a cleaning fee. Apparently someone was causing a commotion on our hallway they said the individual was beating at our door. After a night of partying we didn’t hear anything. I said how could we be charged a disturbance fee when we never caused a disturbance. We never came from our room until check out. They said it didn’t matter they also said that both parties was spoken to which was a complete lie. They also said the police was called. Which I knew nothing about. As far as the cleaning fee goes we had rose petals and balloons on the floor that wasn’t picked up. So they charged $150 for that. Had I known I would be charged for that I would cleaned it. I’m really considering retaining a attorney. I know this is a civil matter!

Service was good but the hotel needs a lot of work. The carpet in our room was filthy. We kept our socks on because we didn’t want to get our feet dirty! The bed is basically on a wood frame on the floor. Whenever you moved it made loud noises. Lots of fast cars and loud noise all around the hotel. Would not stay there again.

Good value - comfortable bed, nice TV, modern bathroom. No shampoo in either my room or my colleague’s. Scratchy towels. There was one really nice person at the front desk when we checked in — I think her name was Jing. The rest of the service was subpar. At 430AM one night there was a major domestic disturbance and it felt like the person was banging on my door —my walls were shaking. Must have been the room next door. This went on for a solid 10 minutes and was terrifying. I called the front desk and the noise eventually settled but I couldn’t go back to sleep because I was so rattled. In the morning when I mentioned it to the front desk they said was he’s we took care of it and the police came. No apology or graciousness. They can’t control others’ behavior but the response could have been better.
