« It was a cute little older home. With nice updates on the inside. They are definitly doing work to the exterior. In the description it said there was a grill. Which there was unfortunately there was so many large black trash bags you could not get to it. The first step at the side walk was broken. And the railing inaide was very loose. Although there was some minor issues we enjoyed out atay. »

« No AC that was weird but really didn’t need it fans in every room but not on living room,kitchen or dining room. House have a back yard but you can not access door is locked with wire. Tub is broken but they put a cover on it I thought it was not acceptable according to VRBO standards but in general was a good place for the value »

« We were there for house hunting. Location was great for us. Everything was within a 5-10 minute drive. Home was neat and clean. Furnished fairly well for the size but there was no place for me to unpack. There were hangers in the closets but they were stuffed with extra pillows, blankets, etc. Host only communicated through the VRBO message board which made it a little difficult. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if needed. »

« My family of 3 and another family of 4 stayed at the house and it was perfect! The house was very clean with comfortable beds and looked just like the pics. The owner was very responsive whenever I messaged. The provided towels & linens as well as coffee and other supplies was a very nice touch! We went into Binghamton on Friday night and went skiing at Greek Peak all day on Saturday. We would definitely stay here again if we were coming to the area! »

« This house is so cute!! We stayed with our family and enjoyed the house so much. It was cold during our visit but I imagine in the warmer months it is even more fun with the waterfront and outdoor areas! You can tell the owners put a lot of hard work into making this a cozy retreat for themselves and guests 😊 »

« The house was clean and pictures were accurate. Easy to check in. The kitchen had many tools, cooking utensils and pots and pans but there was no basic pantry items just fyi. Easy to solve with a trip to a grocery store. There is only a Keurig coffee maker but pods are provided. My only issue was that we were only given the two trash bags in the trash can.
