  • What I enjoy most about the neighborhood is the opportunity it provides for both relaxation and adventure. The serene riverside setting offers a peaceful retreat where you can unwind and recharge. At the same time, the abundance of activities in the surrounding area keeps you engaged and entertained. Whether you're exploring nature trails, trying out local restaurants, or participating in water sports and fishing on the river, there's always something new and exciting to experience.     Please note:
    We do not allow people outside the reservation to the property. If you say you have a party of 4 it must be no more than 4 people at the property. More guests are welcome for a fee of $45 per person per night. No more than 8 guests.

    Pet fee is $100 per pet for the entirety of your stay.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The view was beautiful and it was so relaxing. Everything was clean, the kitchen was great and the house was very comfortable. My son loved the swing overlooking the water. Jess was a wonderful host. Wish we didn’t have to leave!

This house is in such a beautiful setting, on the Susquehanna River. it’s a nice piece of property and very private. The house is well equipped with quality kitchenware, which is rare in my experience. Everyone in our group liked this house.

The house was beautifully furnished and had pretty much everything we needed. We used the hot tub and loved it. We didn't spend a lot of time there because we were attending a family event in Binghamton. The bedrooms were very comfortable with good mattresses.

The property was lovely and very peaceful. The house was so nicely decorated - it felt cozy and chic! We’re really into cooking so it was nice have a kitchen that was well equipped. It was the perfect quiet getaway we were looking for!

We absolutely loved this beautiful home. They really thought of every detail to make you feel at home. The beds were comfortable and we loved waking up to the beautiful view out our windows. I wished we could have stayed longer and plan to return!

"Tranquil" is spot on!

Perfect space for a weekend girls trip. Comfortable beds, beautiful views, working hot tub. One issue which was remedied immediately and also received a refund. Host and housekeeping more than accommodating. I would stay again.

We enjoyed the house! Comfortable beds, big kitchen, large screen TV, wrap around enclosed porch, comfortable outdoor chairs to watch the river, not far from Binghamton.
