Everything was good, clean but some water damage in bathroom along front side of tub. Location wAs very convenient for airport reservation. The one thing I didn’t care for when checking out was a charge for parking. If that’s necessary just incorporate the charge in your booking.

The room itself was a nice room, but the air conditioning unit rattled so badly that I eventually had to turn it off to get to sleep, though that of course made it so warm it was also difficult to rest. I was staying at the property as a result of a travel delay, so I was only there for 6 hours. It took me 3 calls, the last one ringing for 7 1/2 minutes, before the front desk answered a call so I could request the airport shuttle. I arrived at the hotel after midnight, and after waiting in quite a line, the front desk staff member loudly announced my room number in front of everyone in the line - and I was traveling alone as a single woman.

This property was clean and very convenient for my 2 day business trip. The staff were super friendly and nice upon arrival. The king side room was very comfortable and bathroom was super clean. The bar seemed very nice and I wish I would’ve gotten a drink but unfortunately couldn’t. They have 24hr front desk service which is very convenient for any questions or concerns. The only issue I had was that the towels and bed sheets smelled like grease(food), not sure if it was because the laundry room was right next to the open kitchen. Other than that it was a great stay. I would stay here again! Thank you!

Good hotel, bartender was ready to go so not very welcoming, understandable since it was the end of the night. Some kinda bug on our bed when we arrived, once we made sure they weren't bed bugs, we were okay. Clean otherwise.

Staff was VERY friendly and accommadating. My stay was very pleasant and peaceful. Very easy to uber to te mall and shopping. Very clean. Bed was comfortable. Chef was very professional. Breakfast was fresh and good.

Our bedroom A. C. did not work well. We were very hot and could not get the thermostat to bring the temperature down. The A. C made strange noises all night. Our Room was hot and pillows were very thick We could not sleep well. When reported in the morning to the front desk , we did not get a single apology First time without coffee in our room in a hotel. The positive note is that it was cleaned well

Everything was great except the sheets were worn. Bedding was clean but sheets had tiny tears & holes in part of the bottom sheet. Friendly staff, pool & bar were great. Food was pretty good too. Really close to airport which was super important. Remember to book your free shuttle to the airport ahead of time, early morning flights can fill up quick

Stayed her for a quick overmight stay near the Airport. The hotel shuttle was very convenient for our super early flight. We didn't have the breakfast or dinner since we weren't there long. The lobby was well lit and the hotel was quiet and beds were very comfortable. I would stay there again when we return to Orlando.

Very clean, modern, and convenient hotel w/ on-site long-term parking available for airport parking. Also, shuttles available to and from hotel. Very convenient for early flights.

I stayed here for the access to the airport and the staff were super helpful. The hotel was immaculate and very comfortable for the 10 hours I was there. Bed was comfortable, bathroom and living area clean, and there was more than enough linens.
