The neighborhood was quiet at night even though it was right next to all the action in downtown. Highly recommend staying here. Cons: I don't love when a home has a coffee maker but doesn't provide coffee. « We recently took a quick trip to Bentonville AR to enjoy the trails. Key to a successful MTB trip is accommodations and the Local @ Coler didn't disappoint. The entire property was clean and well kept. Whether it was the bike was station of the storage room the place had everything you needed to enjoy your stay. The property management team was also great to work with and easy to communicate with. We will absolutely be back to visit again. »

« This was a fantastic location for biking. We enjoyed the week we stayed and appreciated having bike storage and laundry for those rainy bike days. The kitchen was set up well with everything you need. The bed was very comfortable too. My only complaint is that the furniture was very uncomfortable to sit on and it would have been nice to have chairs outside to sit on the deck or in the back. « The place was very clean and in a great location. I had a slight issue with the lock and they were very quick to come and fix it. I would highly recommend! »

« It worked out very nice for location, it was clean, had all we needed. The dryer squeaks like crazy so it can’t be used while there. The tv remote would not work very well to actually change the channel etc (could have been poor use on our end). »

It was clean and all the necessities were readily available. The kitchen and bathrooms supplies were more than adequate. We have no complaints and would rate the experience as excellent. Recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet getaway near all the activities that NWA has to offer.
