Nov. 25, 2019The city, especially the central core is a warren of narrow streets and alleys with something new around almost every corner to surprise you. The people who live here are invariably friendly and helpful when asked a question.

Jul. 2, 20191. Buy your water taxi ticket at the counter of the taxi services. Better price than online. Since there is competition (2 companies 2 minutes from each other), you can even negotiate the price. 2. Use of credit card is accepted almost everywhere.

May 21, 2019This does not seem to be a tourist destination--unless you're from a cruise ship and are content to wander within the gated, guarded "tourist village". It's a pleasant city to spend a few hours, or to use as a base for interesting sites nearby.
