Was a pleasant stay. Only problem i noticed was the bathrooms did not have a shelf to place soap, shampoo etc so you had to literally reach for those items across at the sink and that was not cool.

Kina's Kitchen is the bar and grill on property. Open 7 days a week, serving breakfast (6am to 12pm) and dinner (5pm to 12am).

very safe, down town Atlanta was awful. I Left Atlanta to stay here. Travel back and forth to Atlanta World Congress Convention Center was easy.

We stayed overnight to catch a flight but the hotel was nice and clean. Only issue was we did not find the courtesy van as we were not aware of it being part of Hyatt. The signage was not visible so we opted for a taxi after waiting 1/2 hour due to our late arrival.

I Didn't Stay! I called to ask about the shuttle service. The staff member who took the call was rude & used sarcasm. Didn’t feel assured leaving the airport with out a reliable pick up & return. Perhaps you should consider hiring staff with better people skills
